Our story - Care that respects your story and celebrates your strengths.

The story of W&W Health Services began with two passionate individuals who shared a vision to redefine the standards of care in the disability support sector. As experienced professionals in the industry, the co-founders and managers had witnessed firsthand the challenges faced by clients and their families. This realisation sparked a determination to do things differently. With a shared belief in prioritising people over revenue, they decided to create a company that truly made a difference in the lives of its clients. They envisioned a service provider that was not only compassionate but also innovative, setting a new benchmark for care through genuine purpose and dedication.Today, W&W Health Services stands as a testament to their vision, providing services that prioritise the dignity, independence, and well-being of clients. By focusing on meaningful outcomes rather than bottom lines, the company continues to challenge industry norms and foster a culture of care with purpose. At W&W Health Services, it’s not just about what we do – it’s about why we do it, and for whom.
